We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through both manual and automated testing strategies. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to improve development processes and deliver high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
• Participate in requirements analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
• Improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality gates implementation.
• Ensure product quality across web, mobile, and backend systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• ISTQB certification or similar QA certifications.
• Experience in security testing.
