YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Quality & Test Engineer with Capgemini, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions through advanced testing strategies, strong automation practices, and close collaboration with development teams. You will define testing approaches, drive continuous improvement, and support teams through coaching and expert guidance across complex delivery environments.
In this role you will:
•
Define the testing scope for each product and release, collaborating with Test Engineers to shape test approaches and review or create test scenarios.
•
Plan and coordinate test activities, monitor progress, and ensure alignment of priorities, environments, and tooling across all stakeholders.
•
Assess product quality by reviewing requirements and design documents, preparing test cases, test data, and automated scripts.
•
Execute tests, evaluate outcomes, and deliver clear reporting on product quality, risks, and defects.
•
Continuously analyze testing practices and product requirements to recommend improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.
•
Apply test analysis and automation patterns to ensure robust requirement coverage and fast, reliable automated test execution.

Responsibilities

YOUR PROFILE
•
Excellent knowledge of testing standards, methodologies, and best practices, with strong experience defining test approaches and executing full test cycles.
•
Hands‑on experience with API testing (Postman, Kreya), SQL, databases, containerized environments, and observability tools.
•
Proven ability to design, write, and maintain automated tests and to perform system integration and enterprise-level testing.
•
Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret business context, prioritize effectively, and report test results clearly to technical and non‑technical teams.
•
Experience with defect management, root cause analysis, and test/defect management tools, including support for UAT activities.
•
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with background in Agile delivery and strong ability to work within international and multicultural environments.
•
Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
