We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to act as a trusted Talent Advisor, drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, and build strong talent pipelines for our growing teams.

Based in our Bucharest - Pipera Headquarters, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to attract, select, and integrate the best talent into our organization.

The Mission:

Drive candidate attraction and talent pipelining efforts, ensuring an exceptional Candidate Experience while delivering strategic recruitment solutions aligned with our business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers, audit and refine job descriptions, and design tailored sourcing strategies for middle, senior, and specialized roles.
• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market intelligence to engage passive talent and build active talent pools for critical positions before requisitions open.
• Full-Lifecycle Selection: Screen applications, perform competency-based interviews (STAR method), fully manage interview scheduling, and facilitate Assessment Centers for high-volume or complex roles.
• Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Deliver a top-tier candidate experience with timely feedback, negotiate competitive job offers in tandem with local HRBPs, and ensure smooth transitions to onboarding.
• Employer Branding & HR Projects: Represent the company at career events, university workshops, and contribute to internal programs like Internship, Graduate, and Employee Referral schemes.
• Analytics & Data-Driven Insights: Track key recruitment metrics (KPIs), maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and leverage Excel to turn data into actionable business reports.

Your Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree completed.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (preferably in a corporate environment, recruitment agency, or technology/services company).
• Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Data Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for recruitment reporting and database management.
• Language Skills: Advanced level in English (written and spoken).
• Legal Knowledge: Good understanding of labor legislation basics (individual employment contracts, probation periods, GDPR).
• Nice to have: Certifications or specialized courses in HR Management, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Management.
