In this role you will participate in the budgeting, business partnering, tracking and month end activities for Payroll and other related costs.

You need to successfully:

• Participate in monthly closing activities (both managerial and for the Group);
• Get involved in forecasting and budgeting activities;
• Develop and maintain various CAPEX reports (Actual vs. Budget);
• Participate in IFRS 16 compliance verification and implementation activities;
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses;
• Contribute to Group-level projects (for the development and implementation of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tools);
• Provide administrative support (centralizing information and documents);
• Collaborate with other internal departments across the company.

For that, we’d love it if you have:

• At least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience (preferably in financial audit, financial analysis, or controlling);
• The ability to manage projects involving the development of monthly P&L reports and reporting;
• Strong financial and business analysis skills, along with experience in forecasting and budgeting processes;
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Experience with SAP and QlikView (considered an advantage);
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and information/document synthesis skills.
