About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with solid experience in consultative sales. Someone who understands people, communicates with empathy, and can confidently guide clients toward the right learning decision.
In this role, you’ll speak with individuals interested in our IT training programs, providing tailored guidance and helping them choose the path that best fits their goals, skills, and background. These are warm leads only, no cold calling. You’ll manage a high volume of daily conversations, stay actively engaged through structured follow-ups, and consistently drive your pipeline forward.
About you
You are a proactive, open-minded professional with excellent communication skills. You take pride in your work and believe great results come from honest effort, integrity, and genuine respect for the people you serve. You connect naturally with others, listen with intention, and build trust through sincerity, empathy, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct consultative phone conversations with prospective students and provide tailored program recommendations;
• Manage and nurture your pipeline, ensuring consistent communication, structured follow-up, and high-quality candidate experience;
• Re-engage inactive or undecided prospects through a personalized and value-driven approach;
• Work independently toward quarterly goals and share clear, regular performance updates;
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM records across every stage of the funnel;
• Stay up-to-date on our programs, technology stacks, and market differentiators to communicate confidently and with authority;
• Partner closely with marketing and student support teams to ensure a seamless and positive enrollment journey.
Ideal profile:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, ideally within education, IT, or other
service-oriented industries;
• Proven ability to handle a large volume of daily calls while maintaining quality and
professionalism;
• Strong communication, active listening, and persuasion skills;
• Empathy and the ability to build genuine, long-term relationships;
• Proactive mindset and accountability for achieving measurable results;
• Solid organizational and reporting skills;
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and tools such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign,
Calendly.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about IT concepts and education programs.
