Contract-based role for UiPath via Flow Automations – Remote or Hybrid

As part of our collaboration with UiPath and its enterprise clients, Flow Automations is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to support strategic sales activities in the DACH region (Germany/Austria). This role blends deep technical expertise (infrastructure, AI, automation) with strong business acumen to support the full sales cycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in account strategy planning with the sales team and help qualify opportunities.
• Engage with enterprise customers via calls and on-site meetings (travel included) to understand business needs and technical challenges.
• Design solutions tailored to client environments, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
• Lead presales activities, deliver high-level demos, and create strong value propositions.
• Address client concerns regarding technical capabilities, security, and platform architecture during the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and account managers to prepare proposals, RFX responses, contextualized demos, and proofs of value (PoVs).
• Act as a key point of contact for pre-sales technical inquiries and solution design discussions.
• Support marketing initiatives through speaking engagements, blog contributions, and event participation.
• Work closely with product teams to provide feedback and stay current on the latest platform capabilities and integrations.

What You Will Bring

• C1-level German (essential).
• Proven experience in a client-facing sales engineering, presales, or solution architect role.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and cloud technologies (Kubernetes, virtualization, networking, security).
• Hands-on exposure to AI/automation use cases (e.g., Intelligent Document Processing, LLMs, conversational AI).
• Track record of building solutions for enterprise clients in SaaS, automation, or AI domains.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and Austria.
• Fluent in English; SAP knowledge is a plus.
