What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering or business discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the wind industry.
  • Excellent organizational management, analytical, technical writing, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several activities/projects at once, to organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and customer communications.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and a skilled negotiator.
  • High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Technical knowledge of Wind Turbines.
  • Flexibility with travel-based on the overall company objectives.
  • Leadership skills, strong drive, cooperative abilities.
  • Relevant experience with tender processes and negotiations in large organizations.
  • To be customer-orientated and have a service-minded approach to your work.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Be responsible for investigating the market dynamics of the country or region and formulating marketing strategies.
  • Take the lead in breaking through overseas regional customers and organizing customer activities.
  • Maintain customer relationships and assist in consolidating valued customers: Manage customer information to ensure the completeness and accuracy of resources and equipment files.
  • Be responsible for brand promotion in the country, establish and maintain national relations.
  • Comprehensively find the sale opportunities of target countries and promote the project.
  • Be responsible for the recovery of the project's payment and prevent the payment risk.
  • Need to lead and collaborate with other team members in country and globally.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal functional departments.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in a professional and ethical manner and in full compliance with company processes, protocols and company policies.
