About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design and implement advanced marketing automation solutions and personalized customer journeys. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to build scalable and data-driven campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop and optimize automation processes using Automation Studio and Journey Builder
• Build and maintain Data Extensions and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Develop dynamic and personalized email templates using AMPScript and HTML/CSS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
• Strong knowledge of AMPScript, SQL, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
• Experience with API integrations and data-driven marketing processes
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Must have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement DEV certifications

• Salesforce certification: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Admin/Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
