Join our team as a Senior Service Designer – Remote !

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Service Designer who excels in end-to-end journey mapping, qualitative research, and uncovering opportunities across complex business ecosystems. If you enjoy understanding how users truly work, mapping real-world workflows, and shaping transformation opportunities, this role is for you.

Role Highlights:

• Lead discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, and observational research

• Map end-to-end user journeys, service blueprints, as-is workflows, and process flows

• Analyze research insights to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and hidden dependencies

• Create visual artifacts such as journey maps, process models, insight summaries, and opportunity frameworks

• Translate findings into “How might we…” opportunity statements

• Collaborate with UX Designers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to validate insights and shape concepts

• Support workshops and synthesis sessions with clear, compelling documentation

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of hands-on Service Design experience (must be a primary role)

• Strong experience in qualitative research (interviews, contextual inquiry, discovery)

• Proven ability to create service blueprints, journey maps, and complex workflow documentation

• Ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights and opportunity themes

• Excellent visual communication and structured documentation skills

• Comfortable with ambiguity, discovery, and large-scale transformation environments

• Experience collaborating across design, business, and technology teams

• Portfolio or case studies showcasing real business impact

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in enterprise discovery or digital transformation programs

• Background in business process analysis or operational/consulting environments

• Experience facilitating workshops, problem-framing sessions, or co-creation activities

• Familiarity with complex systems, operational data, or cross-functional processes
