💼 What You’ll Do

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will be at the core of our delivery engine:

• Lead full lifecycle solution implementations for our clients.
• Own the technical & business design of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
• Run design reviews, ensure data quality, and guide best practices.
• Work closely with external client teams — both in sales cycles and post-sales delivery.
• Lead and contribute to RFPs, creating compelling technology solution content.
• Audit existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements.
• Bring thought leadership and influence clients with confidence and clarity.

⭐ What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years working in IT or Customer Support environments.
• 1–3 years as a Solution Consultant or Business Analyst delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, Java, XML, and web technologies.
• 1+ years implementing processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• A self-starter mindset with leadership potential and minimal supervision needed.
• A proactive, positive attitude toward solving technical and business challenges.
• Strong ability to influence, consult, and grow business opportunities.

🔥 Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, including administration and best practices.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM (CIS preferred).
• Experience with CMDB / ITOM – Discovery, or CSM or HRSD implementations (CIS preferred).
• Mandatory: Ability to design and implement automation through Ansible and Terraform.

This role offers flexibility to work from home, combined with travel to client locations for meetings, workshops, and occasional on-site project work across Europe.
