Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate all warehouse and administrative functions to fulfill customer demands with a cost-effective and timely approach.
• Lead workforce development by overseeing talent recruitment (from Managers to Team Leaders and staff), performance evaluation, career advancement for top performers, clear communication, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve productivity goals.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution, by establishing and enforcing operational standards and personnel guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse security and asset protection through rigorous monitoring of safety protocols and preventive measures.
• Forecast staffing requirements aligned with customer forecasts, demand projections, and business objectives.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as workflow volumes, productivity rates, and resource allocation.
• Develop and oversee logistics budgets to meet financial objectives while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor and analyze budget variations, identifying correlations between operational efficiency and cost trends to ensure budget adherence and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Design protocols for the effective use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and technology.
• Promote a safety-first culture by implementing programs to protect personnel, assets, and facilities.
• Maintain precise inventory records through systematic tracking and auditing processes.
• Guarantee timely order fulfillment, ensuring shipments meet customer specifications and cost targets.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics to align with customer delivery standards and operational efficiency.
• Generate comprehensive operational reports accurately and within deadlines.

• Strictly comply with all QSHE regulations, including ethical guidelines, safety standards, and corporate policies.
