Core Objective:
Drive comprehensive brand awareness across all major social media platforms through strategic content creation, community building, and data-driven campaign optimization. Lead initiatives that transform followers into brand advocates while establishing measurable growth in brand recognition and engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development & Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand awareness objectives across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging platforms;
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, PR, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment;
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for brand differentiation.
Brand Awareness Campaign Management:
- Together with the PPC Manager, create and oversee large-scale brand awareness campaigns with significant budgets, focusing on reach, impressions, and brand recognition metrics;
- Implement innovative content strategies including short-form video content, user-generated campaigns, and interactive experiences that drive viral potential;
- Manage crisis communications and reputation management situations across all social platforms, protecting and enhancing brand perception;
- Develop influencer and creator partnerships to amplify brand reach and authenticity, particularly with micro-influencers for targeted audience engagement.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Oversee content calendar management across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent posting schedules and platform-optimized content formats
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop thumb-stopping visual content, including graphics, videos, and interactive media using tools like CapCut and Canva;
- Together with our Copywriter, you must create compelling copy that matches each platform’s voice and tone while maintaining brand consistency and driving engagement;
- Leverage AI tools for content optimization, trend identification, and strategic planning to enhance efficiency and performance.
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
- Track and analyze key brand awareness KPIs including impressions, reach, follower growth rate, brand mention volume, share of voice, and sentiment analysis;
- Generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights for C-level executives and stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and campaign effectiveness;
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing results, and platform algorithm changes to maximize brand visibility;
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand conversations, identify trending opportunities, and respond to customer feedback proactively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field;
- 5-7+ years of social media management experience with demonstrated success in brand awareness campaigns;
- Proven track record of managing social media budgets exceeding $100K annually and delivering measurable brand growth results;
- Experience with both B2B and B2C social media strategies across service industries;
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later);
- Expertise in analytics tools including native platform analytics, Google Analytics, and social listening tools;
- Graphic design capabilities using CapCut, Canva, and video editing software
- Knowledge of paid social advertising, UTM tracking, and conversion attribution models

- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into social media initiatives that drive brand awareness;
- Exceptional communication skills for internal stakeholder management and external community engagement;
- Creative problem-solving and ability to develop innovative campaigns that break through social media noise;

- Multiple platform certifications support including Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, TikTok for Business;
- Conference and training budget for staying current with industry trends and best practices;
- Short-form video dominance continues with emphasis on authentic, story-driven content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts;
- AI integration for content creation, trend analysis, and strategic planning becomes standard practice;
- Social commerce growth requires understanding of in-platform shopping features and conversion optimization;
- Creator economy expansion demands sophisticated influencer partnership strategies and authentic collaboration approaches.
