Why This Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help shape enterprise applications from architecture to production. Beyond writing code, you'll influence engineering practices, mentor teammates, participate in technical decisions and collaborate with Product, QA, Frontend, DevOps and Solution Architects to deliver secure, scalable and maintainable software.

What We're Looking For

Core Engineering: PHP 8+, Laravel, Strong OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, REST APIs, Clean Code, Git, Unit & Integration Testing, experience designing scalable enterprise applications.

Drupal: Drupal 9–11, Custom Modules, Entity API, Dependency Injection, Configuration Management, Headless Drupal.

Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Twig.

Data & Integrations: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, OAuth2/JWT, ERP integrations and third-party APIs.

Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Kubernetes (nice to have).

Performance & Architecture: Performance Optimization, Caching Strategies, Queue-based Architectures, API-first Development, Asynchronous Processing and Production Troubleshooting.

AI-assisted Engineering

AI is an integral part of our engineering workflow. We encourage engineers to leverage GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude and similar tools throughout the software development lifecycle—from coding and debugging to testing, documentation, code refactoring and workflow automation.

We see AI as a productivity multiplier—not a replacement for engineering fundamentals.

Your Impact

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Laravel and modern PHP.
• Build reusable Drupal modules and enterprise CMS functionality.
• Develop enterprise integrations with ERP systems and external APIs.
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
• Improve platform performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Reduce technical debt through clean architecture.
• Leverage AI to improve engineering efficiency and software quality.
