We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services team to build and deliver our first-in-class Purchase to Pay and e-invoicing solutions for customers around the globe. As a senior member of our global implementation team, you bring strong technical consulting skills, deep solution expertise, and the judgment to guide complex, multi-stakeholder projects. You will play a key role in securing Basware's and our customers' success, working closely with regional Project Managers, Solution Architects, our Product Management organization, R&D, Production and Support - and mentoring less experienced consultants along the way.Responsibilities: Lead engagements with customers to understand their business needs and environment, working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects and other Solution Consultants Design, configure (through various applications and by use of proprietary programming language), and test Basware's AP and e-invoicing solutions to meet customers requirements Implement interfaces to the existing software environment (e.g. ERP, Archive, Purchasing) Implement, test and deploy document exchange flows using custom and standardized mappings for widely used file formats/standards (EDI, XML, UBL, IDOC) Supporting the solution design, effort estimation and project planning Understand and be able to consult on Purchase to Pay business processes Getting familiar with different ERP systems (e.g. SAP FI/MM, Oracle) in order to integrate our solutions with them Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. GenAI assistants, automated testing and documentation tools) to accelerate solution design, configuration and testing Develop and maintain technical documentation Provide technical support to customers during implementation and post-implementation, including troubleshooting of AI-driven exceptions, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant or in a similar solution/technical consulting role, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations Proven experience with software implementation, configuration, and testing Experience using GenAI assistants or low-code/AI-powered tools to speed up configuration, testing or documentation is a strong plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is a plus Advanced English skills (written and spoken) is mandatory; French and/or German language skills are a plus Experience with procurement, finance, e-invoicing protocols (EDI, XML, APIs), ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle), and e-procurement platforms is a plusJoin Basware and be part of a talented team driving AI-powered innovation and transformation in the global procurement landscape.
