We are currently looking for a Senior SQL Developer / Database Engineer

This role is designed for professionals with deep expertise in SQL performance, optimization, and high-volume production systems.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve databases used in production-critical systems
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries with a strong focus on performance tuning
• Analyze execution plans, indexing strategies, and query behavior on large datasets
• Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement long-term solutions
• Troubleshoot database-related issues in live production environments
• Support database testing, adaptation, and go-live phases for new production processes
• Work closely with IT, software, and automation teams to ensure system reliability and continuity

🎯 Required Qualifications

• Advanced / expert-level SQL knowledge
• Strong experience in query optimization, indexing, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with high-volume, real-time, and production-critical systems
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis in complex database environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across disciplines
• CI/CD knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• No restrictions for domestic or international travel

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Programming, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL and database-focused roles
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial systems, or 24/7 production environments is a strong plus
