Responsibilities:
- Lead / assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules/features specially in the areas of Performance & Goals, Succession Development and Career and Talent development. If you have experience in Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation or Opportunity Marketplace is a plus.
- Implementation experience in Job Profile Builder or Talent Intelligence Hub is considered a strong plus.
- Able to map As-Is & To-Be Processes
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Best Practices
- Customize the system to align with organizational processes and policies
- Manage user permissions and roles within the Talent Management modules
- Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements
- Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements
- Able to provide training to HR teams on system functionalities
- Create training materials and user guides
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues raised by users.
- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Participate in system upgrades and testing
- Plan and manage projects related to the deployment or enhancement of SuccessFactors Talent modules
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors releases (Check in Release notes, Prepare test scripts, Communicate changes to HR leads, etc.) for Talent Management modules
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in fields such as Human Resources, Management and Information Technology
- 4-6 Years of experience in the same function
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the end-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules
- The candidate should hold certifications in the following areas:
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals (C_THR82)
- SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management (C_THR85)
- SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning and Mentoring (C_THR95)
- Implementation experience in Job Profile Builder or Talent Intelligence Hub is considered a strong plus.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Professional English
- Knowledge of Spanish and French it is a plus
