About the role

We are looking for a Full-Stack SEO Lead (Senior Technical SEO & Content Strategist) to own and scale our organic growth engine. This is a high-impact role that combines technical SEO expertise with strategic content thinking and a strong understanding of how search drives SaaS growth.

You will be responsible for shaping the full SEO ecosystem - from site architecture and technical health, to keyword strategy, content planning, and performance optimization. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is fully integrated into how we build and grow the product.

This is not a siloed SEO execution role - it’s a strategic and hands-on position for someone who can connect technical depth with content strategy and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overall SEO strategy, covering technical SEO, content SEO, and organic growth initiatives
• Conduct deep technical SEO audits and work directly with engineering teams to implement fixes and improvements
• Define and optimize site architecture, internal linking structures, crawlability, and indexing strategies
• Build scalable content strategies based on keyword research, user intent, and product priorities
• Identify and prioritize high-impact keyword opportunities across all funnel stages
• Collaborate with content and copywriting teams to develop SEO briefs, content clusters, and topic strategies
• Improve organic conversion rates through CRO-informed SEO initiatives
• Monitor SEO performance and user behavior using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and similar
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for leadership visibility
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitive shifts
• Work with product teams to ensure SEO is embedded in new features, pages, and launches
• Continuously test and iterate SEO strategies based on data and performance insights

Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience in SEO with strong focus on both technical and content strategy
• Proven experience in SaaS or performance-driven digital environments
• Strong understanding of technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, schema, site architecture, logics behind search engines)
• Experience building and scaling content strategies driven by keyword and user intent
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance data
• Hands-on experience with Google Suite (Google Search Console, GA4) and tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs or similar
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams
• Strong understanding of SEO impact on conversion and business metrics
• Excellent English communication skills
