We build and manage remote operational support and development teams, while also supporting our freelance collaborators during their journey.Join our client's international team and contribute to an Oracle HCM Learning implementation project within a large and complex organisation.We are looking for a Senior Tester to ensure the quality and successful deployment of the solution by planning, coordinating, executing and overseeing testing activities, supporting business validation, defect resolution and post-go-live stabilisation.ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the overall testing strategy and test plan, ensuring requirements, functional designs and user stories are adequately covered.Prepare and execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing, including test cases and scripts.Manage the full defect lifecycle by identifying, prioritising, tracking and validating fixes in collaboration with functional and technical teams.Coordinate and support UAT, including business stakeholder preparation, test progress, quality metrics and formal sign-off.Provide regular test status updates, prepare test completion reports and support go-live readiness and post-go-live activities.Investigate production issues, validate corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement of testing and quality processes.RequirementsProven experience defining testing strategies, test plans, scenarios, cases and scripts across the full test lifecycle.Strong experience with functional, integration, regression, end-to-end and UAT testing, including defect management and test reporting.Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, with experience in Oracle HCM Learning considered a strong advantage.Knowledge of Oracle Dynamic Skills is a plus.Experience coordinating testing activities and working with Azure DevOps or similar testing and requirements-management tools.Experience working within large and complex organisations.Strong analytical, planning, coordination and reporting skills, with a structured and quality-focused approach.Excellent written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate with and present to business and technical stakeholders.Additional informationType: Contract (B2B)Start date: 15 October 2026End date: 29 January 2027Location: Fully remote Show more Show less
