Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer who will lead the design of our website and digital user journey — from landing pages to the full e-commerce experience. You will collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and development teams to create visually compelling, high-converting, and brand-consistent digital experiences for our customers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain NB1 Health’s web platform and marketing pages, ensuring seamless UX/UI aligned with our brand identity.
• Create responsive, conversion-optimized layouts for product pages, onboarding flows, and user dashboards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and execution consistency.
• Conduct A/B tests and implement design improvements based on performance metrics.
• Define and maintain a design system for scalability and global expansion.
• Stay ahead of web design trends, health-tech aesthetics, and user behavior insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web design, ideally in e-commerce, health-tech, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and UX/UI prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user journey mapping.
• Experience collaborating with developers (HTML, CSS, Webflow, or React knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and brand consistency.
• Fluent in English (another EU language is a plus).
