Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist (mid–senior level) with strong technical, analytical, and strategic expertise to lead organic growth initiatives across multiple iGaming/Crypto platforms. This role requires a proactive professional with a proven record of improving organic visibility, traffic quality, and conversions for international, multi-language sites. You’ll collaborate closely with product, development, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are fully integrated into our global web presence.
Responsibilities within the team:

• On-Page SEO Strategy & Execution
• Conduct keyword research focused on non-branded, intent-driven terms and identify new targeting opportunities
• Benchmark and monitor competitors to understand SERP dynamics and identify growth gaps.
• Maintain continuous visibility over SERP volatility and algorithmic updates to ensure consistent performance.
• Establish growth and strategy across newly launched and existing domains.
• Technical SEO
• Identify and report technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing problems, and page speed improvements).
• Work on improving the overall crawlability, indexability and renderability of our products.
• Off-Page SEO & Digital PR
• Establish and help coordinate off-page efforts for our products.
• Build high-quality backlinks from relevant, high-authority domains
• Monitor and enhance the brand’s reputation across the web.
• Collaboration & Growth
• Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and iGaming industry developments.
  

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

• 4+ Years of Experience in SEO is mandatory
• Degree in Marketing/Communications or a related field.
• English proficiency mandatory.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies
• iGaming/Crypto experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proficient with all relevant SEO tools.
• HTML/CSS/JS knowledge in relation to SEO
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and evaluate performance.
