Your Responsibilities

• You identify customer needs in the industrial sector as a competent point of contact.
• You build long-term customer relationships with forward‑looking IT services, including in the areas of Cloud, SAP, and Security.
• You provide impulses for IT architecture as well as for the optimization of applications, services, and processes.
• You are responsible for delivering the contractually agreed IT services, implementing IT governance, and ensuring cost efficiency.
• You manage the Service Delivery Team from the Application and Infrastructure Service areas efficiently and take on project leadership for changes.
• You are proficient in tools such as HP Service Manager, web order systems, and SAP, and you are able to develop concepts, processes, and strategies to drive automation and billing of services.
  

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed a university degree, preferably in (Business) Computer Science, or have a comparable qualification.
• You have many years of experience in customer management and IT service consulting.
• You are able to understand customer needs and requirements both on a business and technological level, and ITIL 4 Foundation is familiar to you.
• You have no problem handling escalations — for you, they are part of daily business that require professional management.
• Ideally, you already have experience with customers and IT services in the industrial sector.
• You feel comfortable communicating in both English and German.
