MISSION

Ensure maximum availability, performance, and profitability of solar plants by guaranteeing safe, efficient, and

compliant operation and maintenance, in line with best practices, technical, regulatory, and contractual standards,

and fully aligned with the strategic guidelines of the Business Unit, CJR Renewables’ internal processes and procedures, and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

What You’ll Do

Keep Solar Plants Running Efficiently

• Monitor plant performance and energy production using SCADA systems.
• Ensure high plant availability and performance ratio (PR).
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to technical issues, alarms, and equipment failures.
• Identify underperforming inverters, strings, or equipment.
• Support inspections, commissioning, and energization activities.
• Manage spare parts, warranties, and technical documentation.

Lead and Support the Technical Team

• Coordinate field technicians and daily activities.
• Organize schedules, shifts, and intervention planning.
• Train and support team members in technical and safety procedures.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.

Monitor Performance & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Track KPIs related to production, availability, costs, and quality.
• Analyze losses caused by faults, shading, soiling, curtailment, or downtime.
• Compare actual production with forecasted generation (P50/P90).

Work with Partners & Suppliers

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, authorities, and grid operators.
• Manage maintenance contractors and service providers.
• Support continuous improvement and implementation of new technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• ANRE accreditation (preferably IVA/IVB).
• Experience in electrical systems, renewable energy, or O&M activities is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Availability to travel across Romania for project visits.
