Hastings Deering is seeking a Service Marketing Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Rockhampton or Mackay. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role.
This position is responsible for developing and managing the execution of Hastings Deering’s rebuild and repair service offerings.
The role works closely with industry groups to understand customer needs and competitor offerings, positioning Hastings Deering as the preferred service provider to the Resources, Construction, Energy and Transport sectors.
You will also lead the go‑to‑market strategy for the full repair options portfolio, including machine rebuilds, repair returns and service programs.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage rebuild and repair service offerings across the business
• Partner with industry groups to understand market needs and competitive service solutions
• Create and execute go‑to‑market plans for repair and lifecycle service offerings
• Support sales and service teams with clear value propositions and market positioning
• Monitor market performance and refine offerings to support growth
  

What You’ll Need

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Engineering
• Proven experience within heavy equipment, industrial services or asset‑intensive industries (Caterpillar experience advantageous but not essential)
• Experience in a sales, marketing or market management role
• Demonstrated capability in technical marketing and market strategy development
• Experience building and managing market or business development models
