What You'll Do
As our Service & Training Manager, you will:
✅ Lead and continuously improve service operations, warranty processes, and technical support activities.
✅ Develop and implement technical and product training programs for internal teams and dealer partners.
✅ Ensure the highest level of technical knowledge and product competence across our dealer network.
✅ Drive customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling, field support, and service excellence initiatives.
✅ Manage and develop a team of technical experts while ensuring alignment with STIHL standards and regional strategies.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and regional teams to support business growth and product success.
