Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a dedicated and passionate ServiceNow engineer who is interested in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows that power the enterprise operations. You will build automation frameworks to streamline processes, integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and MID Servers, and develop scripted REST APIs to extend the platform's capabilities. Your work will span ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and other ServiceNow capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — including developers, testers, and business stakeholders — to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and flows to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow forms, fields, UI policies, business rules, and script includes.
• Implement client-side and server-side scripting to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks to streamline repetitive tasks and processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools using web services and MID Servers.
• Orchestrate and automate cross-platform processes and data exchanges to improve efficiency.
• Develop scripted REST APIs to extend ServiceNow's capabilities and facilitate data integration.
• Participate in code reviews and quality control checks to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Produce and execute test cases to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide status updates, deliver solutions, and ensure smooth, reliable releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AI-enabled development.
• Expertise in various ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and the ITIL framework.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Familiarity with CMDB and Discovery.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with Agile development methodology, requirements management, and JIRA or a similar RTM platform, with the ability to provide time estimation for work components.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified System
• Administrator (CSA), or other relevant certifications are a plus.
