We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with platform configuration, automation, integrations, and ITSM/ITOM modules. This role supports enterprise clients who rely on scalable, stable, and secure ServiceNow implementations.

Tasks

• 
  
• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, etc.
  
• Build and enhance custom applications, UI pages, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations.
  
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
  
• Manage data models, CMDB structures, and ensure data quality.
  
• Customize and maintain Service Catalog items and Orchestration workflows.
  
• Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver scalable, maintainable fixes.
  
• Participate in requirement gathering with stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Ensure platform governance, security best practices, and adherence to coding standards.
  
• Support upgrades, patching, and testing activities
  

Requirements

• 
  
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, server/client scripting.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, UI actions, business rules, catalogs, and ACLs.
  
• Experience building API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
  
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
  
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
  

Nice-to-Have

• 
  
• Experience with ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
  
• Knowledge of CMDB best practices.
  
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.
  
• ServiceNow certifications:
  
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  
• Any ITSM/ITOM-related certifications
