Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Logik (Configure, Price, Quote - CPQ) and Service Order Management (SOM) implementations. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on complex process transformation within the ServiceNow platform, particularly leveraging its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and core modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logik & SOM Implementation: Lead and execute full lifecycle implementation projects for Logik CPQ and SOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This includes requirements gathering, design, configuration, development (where necessary), testing, and deployment.
• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions that integrate Logik CPQ, SOM, and core ServiceNow CRM functionalities, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Business Analysis & Consultation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex sales, pricing, and service fulfillment processes. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Configuration & Development: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Logik-specific components, SOM workflows, product catalog setup, pricing rules, and integration with other systems.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute detailed test plans (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to ensure the solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and junior consultants on best practices for ServiceNow, Logik, and SOM.
• Platform Governance: Advocate for best practices in platform governance, security, data integrity, and compliance within the context of CPQ and SOM.
