We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Tester with German to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing

• Derive test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
• Execute required tests within ServiceNow
• Create and maintain test documentation and automate tests (e.g., Automated Test Framework)
• Record, analyze and track defects in close coordination with developers and product owners
• Participate in sprint planning, review and retrospectives to ensure quality in the agile process
• Support governance & compliance definition and implementation for testing; coordinate with overarching test manager
• Identify risks, dependencies and optimization potential in the test process
• Create test concepts, test plans and migration concepts; maintain test/automation environments and support test data management
  

What You’ll Bring Along

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of hands‑on experience as a developer, ideally in ServiceNow context
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow processes and experience with test automation (ATF)
• Relevant certifications ideally
• Experience with agile methods (SAFe/Scrum) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Miro
• Hands-on, flexible and initiative-driven
• Strong communication skills and advanced English and German
