Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer & Marketing Specialist to support our growth in Romania. In this role, you will implement educational programs, coordinate marketing activities, support our field teams, and contribute to brand development initiatives. You will serve as a key partner to sales teams and key professional clients, ensuring excellence in training, communication, and brand execution.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Education

• Conduct product and technical training sessions for internal teams and professional partners.
• Create educational materials, sales tools, presentations, and brand guidelines for the field force.
• Evaluate the execution of training activities and provide coaching for improved performance.
• Organize workshops, webinars, masterclasses, and one-on-one visits tailored to client needs.
• Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, coordinating speaking engagements and expert forums.

Marketing & Business Support

• Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns in alignment with brand strategy.
• Prepare product and promotional materials (brochures, visuals, catalogues)
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and sales impact, providing reports and insight.
• Ensure on-field alignment with commercial priorities and support the sales team in adopting marketing tools.
• Coordinate relationships with key partners to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

We are looking for someone passionate about the health & beauty industry, with skills and competencies in:

• University degree, ideally in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training, medical representation, pharmacy, education, or similar customer-facing roles
• Solid marketing know-how and the ability to translate brand strategy into practical tools for teams and partners
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with confidence in delivering educational content
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, Spanish is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with the ability to prepare impactful training and reporting materials
• Influential mindset and leadership qualities, able to build trust, motivate others, develop relationships, and support business growth
