How will you help us?• Contributes to the implementation of the processes in the production area.• Is responsible for the personnel in the assigned area both from the point of view of the production plan and from the point of view of OSH/SU specific to the workplace.• Participate in the implementation of IT systems in the production area.• Involved in internal and external auditing processes.• Ensures compliance with the production plan.• Ensures compliance with the required quality standards.• Announce any non-conformity that appears in the manufacturing process.• Ensures compliance with GMP norms and records in a real and correct way the information resulting from the activity undertaken.• Supervises the proper functioning of the manufacturing equipment in the assigned area and announces any technical failure that may compromise the realization of the production plan.• Makes proposals to improve the processes in order to simplify and rationally use the resources at his disposal.• Ensures compliance with the work processes in force.• Ensure proper training of subordinate personnel.• Support constant improvement initiatives, implementation of new technologies and learning culture.• Ensure a good communication within the workplace.• Develops opportunities in order to improve professional skills and continuous development in the field of activity.• Maintains the confidential character of the dates and information that the employee has access to.What we are looking for?Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry or a related fieldWorking knowledge of the predominant language(s) spoken within the country of operationFluent in English, both spoken and writtenMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and manufacturing standardsUnderstanding and application of GMP, OSH/SU, and quality standardsAbility to manage, train, and develop a team of production personnelAnalytical and problem-solving skills to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actionsExperience in process improvement initiatives, resource optimization,andimplementation of new technologiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure collaboration within the team and across departments.What do we offer?• We help with your commute and welcome people from differentcities• Meal tickets• Various bonuses• Medical insurance• Other benefits can be discussed Show more Show less
