Pajurei 3 Residence is a luxury residential project with 160 apartments with refined design and beautiful amenities (outdoor pool and barbeque area, party room, fitness center, movie theatre, children's playground, dog park, large terraces and gardens).

Job Description

The Pajurei 3 Residence Showroom Receptionist is a positive, detail-oriented and organized person that manages the space taking care of visitors' entry, the client's experience and ensures inventory is stocked and used properly.

Responsibilities:

* Welcomes visitors with a smile, positive energy and follows our customer journey making the visitors (many of them will be clients) feel special and excited to be at the Showroom Concept.

* Offers the visitors a beverage such as coffee, water or a soft drink and invites the visitor to wait in the client Lounge Area.

* Keeps track of invoices being paid, receives invoices from the cleaning staff once a week and sends invoice to the Finance Department and, follows up on payment of invoice.

* Coordinates with Sales Team for scheduling the meetings if the visitor is a walk-in or announces the Sales Team that their showing has arrived.

* Creates an inventory list and does the weekly shopping.

Maintains a good relationship with the cleaning staff and makes sure all the cleaning products are bought and in-stock.

* Comes up with ways we can decorate, buys the decorations and decorates the space for holidays making the office feel festive and a fun environment for employees to work in.

* Create monthly reports of the office expenses including the products bought such as coffee, water, the water tanks for the water machine, napkins and other items and track the overall quarterly reports for inventory and cleaning services.

* Checks in regularly with the Construction Team to understand their needs (e.g., water, coffee) and ensures necessary supplies are provided.

* Supports Marketing Team where necessary to ensure all client gifts are ordered, delivered and prepared by the sales representatives to present to the clients.

* This summer, the development will welcome its first residents. Once the reception area is ready, the Showroom Receptionist will relocate there and operate from the reception.

* Following the move, assists residents and clients with their questions, providing support and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, sales or general degree

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-related field

* Speaks English and Romanian fluently and is comfortable with both languages

* Has a positive and happy demeanor towards new people

* Takes care of details and thinks about the client first

Location: Pajurei 3 Residence (Address: Strada Pajurei 3, Sector 1, București)

Role Type: full-time position (9:00– 17:00 Monday – Friday)

Salary:

650 euro / month net salary
