Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise CRM solutions built on the Oracle Siebel platform.

This role is strictly focused on application development and customization, not administration or production support. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement new functionalities, improve existing components, and ensure high-quality, scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Oracle Siebel CRM platform

• Configure and extend Siebel Objects (Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views)

• Develop and customize Business Services, Workflows, Integration Objects

• Implement scripting using eScript / Siebel VB

• Contribute to technical design and solution architecture discussions

• Perform unit testing and ensure code quality and performance optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations

• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Siebel Developer (hands-on development)

• Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools and Siebel Architecture

• Experience with Siebel configuration and scripting (eScript or Siebel VB)

• Experience with Siebel integrations (EAI, Web Services, REST/SOAP)

• Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle SQL preferred)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English
