Electrical Engineer​
Supervision of on-site solar PV installation works
Coordination with subcontractors, EPC teams and suppliers Monitoring
Construction progress and site activities
Ensuring works are executed according to drawings and technical specifications Identifying and
reporting site risks, delays and technical issues Preparing and submitting
Regular site reports in English and Romanian
Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.
Support testing, commissioning, energization, and handover activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project management teams.
2. Civil Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Supervise civil construction activities on site.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors and monitor daily construction progress.
Review technical documentation and resolve site-related engineering issues.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Participate in inspections, testing, and acceptance procedures.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, consultants, and client representatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
Electrical Engineer​
Higher technical studies (Electrical and Civil)
Experience in at least one solar PV project or Medium Voltage, Low Voltage and High Voltage Electrical systems
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
Proven site experience in construction projects
Ability to prepare daily and weekly site reports
Romanian language – native or C1 level
English language – intermediate level
Driving license category B – advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Availability for permanent work on site in Isalnița
2. Civil Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or renewable energy projects is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good knowledge of construction methods and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
English proficiency is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
