• Managing and growing Join UP! Romania's existing social media channels, while launching and establishing a presence on new platforms.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive SMM strategy, including action plans and creative concepts to strengthen brand visibility and promote products.
• Planning and running partner advertising campaigns, collaborations, and joint projects across social networks.
• Building and implementing content plans, with active involvement in Real-Time Marketing opportunities.
• Copywriting for social media content across all platforms.
• Shooting and editing video content, working closely with the design team.
• Identifying, planning, and managing influencer partnerships and activations.
• Briefing and collaborating with the media buyer on paid promotion campaigns.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to generate fresh ideas and stay ahead of the curve.
• Managing budgets, tracking performance, and delivering clear analytics and reports.
• Coordinating and supporting events with a social media component.
• Identifying, planning, and managing influencer partnerships and activations, including: researching and selecting relevant influencers aligned with brand values and target audience.
• Negotiating contracts, fees, and deliverables.
• Briefing influencers on campaign objectives, messaging, and content guidelines.
• Overseeing content creation and ensuring brand consistency.
• Tracking and evaluating influencer campaign performance and ROI.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key influencers and content creators.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in travel, tourism, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Strong copywriting skills in Romanian and English.
• Experience in video shooting and editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Solid understanding of SMM strategy, content planning, and Real-Time Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing — from sourcing to reporting.
• Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and collaboration with media buyers.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, or similar).
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe suite) is a plus.
• Budget management and reporting experience.
