RESPONSABILITIES:

• Responsible for installing and validating machines in the SMT production area (Conveyor Handling, Laser Marking, Printing, Reflow Oven)

• Responsible for specifying requirements for equipment, tools, fixtures, jigs, and pallets

• Responsible for pre-acceptance of equipment, tools, fixtures, jigs, and pallets

• Responsible for acceptance of equipment, tools, fixtures, jigs, and pallets

• Prepares Gerber data and develops printing stencils together with the supplier

• Responsible for project implementation in production and trials/tests

• Responsible for process validation and SOP (Start of Production)

• Machines, utilities, and traceability system implementation

• Creates Process Flow Diagrams

• Develops and maintains process documentation

• Involved in specifying the type, scope, and quantity of individual operating equipment (including prototype or series tools, test equipment, special machines)

• Determines staffing requirements and production times

• Creates and updates work instructions

• Responsible for continuous improvement and process training for maintenance and operators

• Analyzes and improves machine process capability and efficiency

• Creates and maintains Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEA)

• Validates production processes

• Creates a maintenance plan for equipment

• Designs, implements, and integrates solutions focused on monitoring, analyzing, and improving the manufacturing process for Conveyor Handling, Laser Marking, Printing, Reflow Oven

• Provides and manages production support for Conveyor Handling, Laser Marking, Printing, Reflow Oven

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
