We're a fast-growing consumer scaleup with strong unit economics and a proven ability to build, launch, and scale multiple products in parallel - fast, deliberately, and without unnecessary ceremony. Our current focus is on scaling what already works, expanding the product portfolio with the same core DNA, and strengthening the systems that let us move lightning-fast without breaking (too much) stuff.

The Role

This is a hands-on creative performance role for someone who likes making things fast, testing constantly, and figuring out why certain content works while other content dies instantly.

You’ll create video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok - from concept to final export. Not corporate campaigns. Not “brand awareness decks.” Actual ads designed to make people stop scrolling and install our products.

You’ll work closely with growth and product teams, using performance data, trends, AI tools, UGC-style formats, and creative experimentation to produce ads that convert.

A typical week might include:

• Writing multiple hooks and script variations for the same ad angle
• Editing short-form video ads in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools
• Turning app features, insights, stories, or user psychology into compelling ad concepts
• Researching trends, creator formats, viral structures, and adapting them to our products
• Using AI tools for scripting, visuals, voiceovers, asset generation, or iteration
• Working with stock footage, in-app footage, UGC creators, and AI-generated content
• Launching multiple creative variations, reviewing performance, and refining based on data
• Finding patterns in what makes users stop, click, install, and engage

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Strong copywriting instinct - especially short-form, direct-response style writing
• Video editing skills - CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent
• Performance marketing intuition - you understand attention, retention, hooks, pacing, CTAs
• AI fluency - you already use AI tools in your workflow and actively experiment with them
• Fast execution - you can produce and iterate quickly without getting stuck polishing
• Platform fluency - you understand how TikTok, Reels, and paid social content actually behaves
• Learning velocity - you absorb feedback fast and improve visibly
• Advanced / fluent English - all our workflows and content are in English
• Portfolio required - we want to see ads you created yourself, end-to-end

Strong signals:

• You’ve made ads that actually performed, not just looked nice
• You naturally analyze why certain TikToks/Reels/ads work and others don’t
• You’ve experimented with AI-generated video, avatars, voice, or creative automation
• You’ve run your own side-projects, meme pages, content accounts, or growth experiments
• You understand internet culture and can move with trends without feeling derivative
• You already use and have opinions about Deepstash, Paladin, or similar products

You don't need:

• Agency pedigree
• Traditional corporate marketing experience
• A film school background
• Fancy production setups
• Permission to experiment with AI - it’s expected
