Your mission with us:

• As a Social Media Advertising Specialist you are the head of our marketing campaigns on all of our clients' social media channels. You take responsibility for planning, management and quality control and ensure the continuous development and optimization of the campaigns.

What you can expect from us:

• Support of local and international team in managing the campaigns of our B2C and B2B paid social customers holistically – from strategy to successful implementation on Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat etc.
• Continuous management and optimization towards campaign objectives as reach, traffic, video views, leads, app downloads or conversions
• Independent management of large budgets of well-known brands
• Personal development opportunities

Here’s what we expect from our future colleague:

• At least 2-4 years of professional experience in Social Media Advertising/Paid Social or similar position
• Very good knowledge of social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Pinterest etc.) and their advertising possibilities
• Appropriate paid social strategy know-how, with your expertise, you can provide our customers with targeted advice on the implementation and optimization of paid social campaigns
• High degree of initiative, commitment and organizational talent and you enjoy working in a team
• Thorough and conscientious way of working
• Analytical skills and joy in dealing with numbers
• Confident handling of the according Ads Manager and Microsoft Excel
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English

Additional nice-to-have skills:

• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
• Effective Account Management or Project Management skills
