Job Description

We're looking for a creative, passionate and witty Social Media Manager to join our marketing team! If you love digital trends, know how to build online communities, and think memes are a serious art form - we might just be your next big win.

What you'll do:

• Manage our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
• Work closely with our design team to create engaging, on-brand visual content.
• Collaborate directly with the Creative Lead Marketing to plan and execute weekly communication strategies.
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand’s tone of voice and identity.
• Handle community management – reply to comments, DMs, build engagement and nurture our digital tribe.
• Monitor and report weekly social media KPIs with actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor research and highlight best practices, insights, and new digital trends.
• Communicate regularly with our sports team to ensure up-to-date content on offers and news.
• Turn internal/external briefs into mini-campaigns or creative digital ideas.
• Learn and grow in the iGaming industry, understanding how large-scale campaigns are built and launched.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 1–3 years of experience in social media (agency or in-house).
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a big plus!
• Has a good aesthetic sense and can communicate visually with designers.
• Has a sharp sense of humor and knows how to use it creatively.
• Is always up-to-date with trends and can adapt content quickly.
• Knows at least the basics of sports news and events.
• Has beginner-level or hands-on experience with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads.
• Is organized, deadline-oriented, and has a curious mind.
• Has strong copywriting/storytelling skills with the ability to write in an engaging and relatable way.
• Is a team player and communicates clearly with cross-functional departments.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro or After Effects), Google Workspace, Jira
• Experience organizing giveaways, activations, or creative community-building campaigns.
