We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving brand growth.

YOUR MISSION 🚀

As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content and paid campaigns across our digital channels.

To increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through high-quality content and performance-driven digital marketing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1 | CREATE & MANAGE SCROLL-STOPPING CONTENT

• Create, edit, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special events
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice
• Appear on camera when needed and communicate clearly and confidently

2 | DRIVE VISIBILITY THROUGH DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS

• Proactively propose new ideas, formats, and creative directions
• Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

This role is for someone who is passionate about beauty and storytelling, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and excited to build a brand in a fast-moving digital environment.

Must-haves:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage (digital marketing / social media), preferably in the beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital advertising platforms
• Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create visual content (photo & video)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude, no fear of engaging with the audience
• Passion for beauty, perfumes, and cosmetics, with a constant interest in industry trends

LANGUAGES

• Fluency in Romanian or English (written and spoken)
• French is a strong advantage
