The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong social media presence for our companies. They will develop and implement social media strategies in an effort to increase brand awareness, communicate products and services. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.

Responsibilities

• Uses the social media platforms and monitoring tools to analyze results, KPIs and develop strategic directions and planning for the social media activity of the accounts assigned by the Tiriac Group companies.
• Coordinates the social media activity of these accounts.
• Analyzes social media trends related to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, X (not limited to) and proposes strategies for developing the managed accounts.
• Coordinates, develops, and implements content for these social media platforms.
• Identifies suppliers and collaborators to develop and support the coordinated social media activity.
• Monitors, analyzes, and reports on social media activities and their impact
• Monitors and supports real-time interaction of the accounts with social media users.
• Develops suitable social media content using graphic and marketing AI tools (AI basic knowledge is requested).
• Works together with Tiriac Group marketing teams to develop communication directions for the managed social media accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience as a social media coordinator
• Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating social media activity for business-relevant accounts.
