Descriere:


We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Representative for an important advertising company, who will manage our online presence and client communication for the Spanish market.


You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, interacting with our community, and providing high-quality customer support via email and social media channels.


Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Spanish (near-native level) is required; advanced English is also necessary;
  • Previous experience (about 2/3 years) in social media management, community management, or customer support;
  • Basic understanding of social media advertising;
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to tone and brand consistency;
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently;
  • Professional experience, studies, or residency in Spain or Latin America is a strong advantage, offering valuable insights into the culture and market.


As a Spanish-speaking Brand Representative, you will:

  • Create engaging posts for our social media channels in Spanish (organic and paid campaigns);
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice and marketing strategy;
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize engagement and reach;
  • Interact with followers and clients by responding promptly and friendly to comments and private messages;
  • Build and maintain an active and positive online community around the brand;
  • Escalate recurring issues or feedback trends to the marketing or product team;
  • Handle customer inquiries (via email or social media – written only), collect and interpret feedback;
  • Provide clear, empathetic, and professional responses to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
