About the Role:

We are an early-stage international startup looking for a creative, self-driven Founding Team Intern / Founders' Associate to take full ownership of our social media and marketing channels. Working closely with leadership from day one, you won't just do busywork you will help shape the voice of our brand from the ground up and turn our vision into engaging content people actually want to follow.

​📌 ​Key Responsibilities:

▪️ ​Content Calendar: Plan, manage and execute our social media calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.

▪️ ​Content Creation: Create high-quality posts, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and graphics that align with our brand voice.

▪️ ​Copywriting: Write clear, compelling and honest captions for posts and marketing campaigns.

▪️ ​Analytics & Growth: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and continuously optimize strategy.

▪️ ​Strategy Collaboration: Brainstorm and build brand growth and content strategies directly alongside the founding team.

▪️ ​Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current social media trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
