Now, we’re entering an exciting new chapter: expanding The Conqueror while also acquiring and developing new brands worldwide. We scale both fully owned and partially owned businesses, combining our marketing, data, and operational excellence expertise to accelerate their growth. Our portfolio spans fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and women’s health DTC businesses such as Enroush, Karu and other emerging global brands.


🔎 About the role

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Manager who can do more than execute - someone who can diagnose, strategise, and grow.

Your remit spans two brands. For The Conqueror Challenges - our flagship with 800k+ Instagram and 500k+ Facebook followers, where you will audit what we have, define where we go next, and build the engaging, trend-aware content that goes beyond product launches. For Karu, a brand we are scaling from near-zero, you will own everything: content strategy, content creation or briefing to our creative team, posting, and growth - including building TikTok from scratch.

This is a role for someone who is energised by full ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by measurable outcomes.


🚀 What you’ll own


The Conqueror: Instagram/Facebook/TikTok

  • Full audit of existing channels - performance, content quality, audience health, with a clear analysis and strategic roadmap.
  • Strategy and communication pillars that go beyond product launches
  • Original content creation: reels, trends, engaging formats that drive reach, adapted to our target audience and beyond
  • Content calendar ownership for existing products: planning, scheduling, and posting
  • Performance analysis and weekly reporting with actionable insights


Karu: Instagram/Facebook/TikTok

  • Define brand voice and content identity on socials. Test audiences.
  • Own strategy, content pillars, calendar, content creation, posting, on existing channels (1k on Instagram currently)
  • Build and grow TikTok account from zero
  • Track, analyse, and report on growth and performance metrics


🏆 You might be the one if…

  • You have a track record of growing social media accounts from scratch, with clear, measurable results (experience managing international accounts is a plus, as we sell globally).
  • You understand how algorithms work on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok today and can use them in your work.
  • You create content that performs, not just content that looks good — and you embrace new tools and technologies to get there.
  • You are as comfortable in analytics as you are in a content brief, and know how to storytell data and transform metrics into actionable decisions
  • You know the difference between vanity metrics and real growth signals
  • You can work in a European timezone.
  • You are fluent in English — written and spoken — to a professional standard.
  • You thrive with ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do next
