SlabQR is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist who wants to grow together with an ambitious SaaS startup. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has a stable, full- or part-time income and can dedicate at least 2 hours per day to helping us build our brand and online presence.

We're looking for a person who genuinely enjoys social media, understands how to build communities, and wants to make a measurable impact in a growing company. If you're an agency: Please skip, we aren't looking for an agency.

Your responsibilities:

• Create original and engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
• Engage with industry influencers, manufacturers, fabricators, key personnel, and other relevant audiences.
• Follow discussions, comment on posts, answer questions, engage, and build relationships within the stone fabrication industry.
• Identify trending topics and turn them into engaging content.
• Help grow our follower base through organic marketing strategies.
• Monitor analytics and suggest improvements based on performance.
• Collaborate with our team on campaigns, product launches, and announcements.
• Continuously bring new ideas for increasing visibility and engagement.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 and above) - MUST.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Strong understanding of how different social platforms work.
• Ability to write compelling original content without relying solely on AI.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Available for a minimum of 2 hours per day.
• Already employed or financially stable, allowing you to grow with us over the long term without depending on this role as your primary source of income.

Bonus points:

• Prior experience with marketing SaaS products.
• Experience with Figma, Google Office Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience using social media analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience working with startups.

Compensation:

This is a paid freelance position. To receive payment, you must be legally registered as a freelancer or business in your country and submit a valid invoice for the agreed amount. Payments are made against approved invoices according to payment terms that we agree on.
