We are currently looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and engagement of our 4-star Hotel in Sinaia. This role involves social media management, hotel storytelling, lifestyle content development to elevate guest experience and hotel’s online presence. The role is in hybrid with the option to work 1 day in the Otopeni office and 1 day in our Hotel in Sinaia.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Develop and oversee creative marketing campaigns with Meta Ads and Google Ads that integrate hotel storytelling, lifestyle and destination, and guest experience content to increase hotel’s online presence.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
- Create engaging content, including reels and short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends to attract new followers, increase engagement, and elevate hotel’s online presence.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
Promotional Campaigns:
- Create seasonal campaigns and offers with lifestyle and destination content focusing on hotel experience to drive bookings and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and reservations team to develop seasonal content on hotel experience, restaurant and food, spa and wellness, and events and weddings offering.
Content Creation:
- Develop a content calendar and oversee the production of creative marketing content for social media platforms.
- Manage video content and photoshoots to support marketing campaigns and boost online engagement.
Collaboration and External Engagement:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency and gather information for campaigns and initiatives.
- Engage with external partners, such as media agencies and influencers to amplify the hotel’s online presence.
Candidate’s Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation in the hotels industry.
- Proficiency with social media, paid media, and SEO tools, including platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console. Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Ahrefs, or SEMrush is a big plus.
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and attention to detail in content creation and campaign execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
