Duties and Responsibilities
- To evaluate the requirements of the business process: The Software Business Analyst must analyze the company's flow of business work to get possible solutions for application-based issues. They should be aware of the latest software developments to find ways where software can be used to improve the business' efficiency and success.
- Troubleshooting problems with software applications: A business application manager should provide technical support and solve issues for business software systems.
- Analyzing the business operations and computer systems to understand which application can improve efficiency.
- Giving advice or recommendation on upgrading existing systems and even installing new ones.
- Solving and troubleshooting any issues related to business software.
- Training employees in the organization to use new software applications.
- Contributes to the system design, development, and implementation within the project team.
- Provides technical support and guidance for business applications
- Responsible for liaising between users in a particular business area and Information Technology Department.
- Is the principal technical specialist within a particular business area of expertise, but without supervisory responsibility.
- Responsible for determining the requirements of a particular business area for the Company’s integrated information system.
- Make recommendations on design based on analysis of user’s business needs and knowledge of technology options.
- Responsible for analyzing business areas in terms of present and future computer requirements.
- Determines and evaluates the project and/or solution implications within the particular business area and contributes to the feasibility proposals.
- Produces technical specifications of systems requirements, according to the standards of IT Department.
- Provides focused, clear, easy-to-learn training materials, working procedures according to the Company’s standards.
- Keeps track on implementation for allocated projects.
- Self-initiates recommendations for improvement; does not wait to be told what to do.
- Permanently cares to improve his professional knowledge through self-study, training sessions according to the department’s training plan.
- Respects the laws, Company’s regulations.
- Perform other professional tasks under superior’s request.
- Keeps the superior informed on activities, projects status, deadlines, issues, requirements, etc. by means of periodical progress and / or status report and wherever necessary and asked.
- Communicates effectively with management, both orally and in writing.
- Actively communicates with colleagues within the department, with managers and employees in the particular business area.
- Needs high interpersonal skills.
- Presents ideas and approaches to management and user groups.

Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday 08.00-16.45
- Friday 08.00 – 14.15
