We build the tools and applications that allow Earth's most customer-centric company to protect our most valuable asset - Customer Trust.We build and maintain real time encryption services at Amazon scale working with security systems that bridge proxy layers, rendering applications and back-end service chains; our products impacts company-wide architectures and are used by thousands of services for protecting billions of fields per day in transit and at rest.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby Knowledge of computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and problem solvingPreferred Qualifications Knowledge of one or more of the following domains: access-control system and methodology, network security, application- and system-development security, security architecture and models, cryptography, and operations security Experience building and operating a cloud-based architectureAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
