Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Application Development

• Design and implement client and web applications;
• Conduct requirement analysis, effort estimation, and risk assessment;
• Document solutions, manage rollout, and conduct user training;
• Administer and maintain SQL databases.

2. Maintenance and support Legacy Applications

• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing applications developed in various programming languages;
• Ensure operational stability and performance of legacy systems;
• Handle helpdesk tickets and provide technical user support;
• Analyze and resolve incidents and perform regular maintenance tasks;
• Document changes and support processes.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Support and implement AI solutions in existing and new systems;
• Customize and integrate AI modules into various IT environments;
• Evaluate new technologies and their applicability in the business context.

4. Customer Interaction and International Collaboration

• Gather and analyze requirements from internal customers;
• Advise and train users across various departments;
• Collaborate closely with international project teams and stakeholders;
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in full stack development and application support.
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) and backend frameworks (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Java).
• Experience in database design and administration (SQL, optionally NoSQL).
• Deep understanding of legacy systems and their maintenance or high motivation to step into legacy environments.
• Experience with AI technologies and their integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, conceptual skills and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct training and provide user support.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Willingness to work in a team within an international organization.
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written) for international collaboration.
