Job responsibilities:

• Develop new features on existing applications or develop new applications respecting delta design notes.
• Identify and fix defects on existing application following agreed testing procedures
• Document, save, deliver, and test the newly developed code.
• Perform Unit testing and conduct peer review.
• Collaborate with the QA team to help test the new custom developed feature.
• Follow general and internal programmers guide while building and delivering custom developed code

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Power Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Understands API development and integration.
• Ability to interpret and work with specialized technical documentation and datasets.
• Experience with hierarchical databases (e.g., IMS, Informix) and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Knowledge of application communication protocols
• Have good knowledge of coding best practices
