YOUR IMPACT
As part of our Software Engineering unit, you will monitor the performance of OpenText SaaS products such as Universal Discovery. You will help secure the maintenance of cloud components through back up, restoration, job scheduling and system patching.
What The Role Offers

• Identifying, analyzing and resolving issues related to our SaaS product
• Conducting troubleshooting sessions with customers
• Applying hotfixes to production
• Maintaining and following the Ops workbook
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Education in an IT related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. application / tech support Layer 2 or 3)
• Understanding of AWS core services, cloud networking and security best practices
• Experience in scripting (e.g. Python, Bash) to support automation processes
• Familiarity with deployment tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• A strong customer orientation
